To preserve your rights, please carefully read the following Reservation Information.
Booking the room, you will be regarded as agreeing with the RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY listed right below.
All Rates are TAX INCLUSIVE and will be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD$)
- Guests must provide valid identification to complete registration.
- Family Room (consisting of 1 Queen-bed & 1 Single-bed) without Extra Bed can have a maximum capacity of :
3 Adults or
2 Adults + 2 Children or
2 Adults + 1 Child
(Child under age 5 without bed stay free of charge)
- Children age 13 and older are charged the Adult Rate. Please include them in the number entered in the “Guest / Room” box.
- Late check-out charge till 1pm complimentary but subject to room status & availability.
If late check-out till 6pm : S$80. After 6pm : Full Day charge.
- Check-in/ Check-out Time: 15:00 Hrs/12:00 Hrs, baggage storage is available at lobby.
RESERVATION POLICY :
Payment must be made in FULL at the time of the reservation via Paypal from the users’ Paypal account at the time of booking.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, just sign in as a PayPal guest and pay with your debit/credit card.
No amendment can be made to the reservation after confirmation.
The following is the cancellation policy related to your confirmed reservation:
CANCELLATION POLICY :
1. No cancellation fees will be charged if cancellations are made 21 days or more prior to your stay. Full refund.(less off 5% PayPal Transaction Fees)
2. 50% of the payment will be charged if cancellations are made 11 to 20 days prior to your stay. 50% will be refunded.(less off 5% PayPal Transaction Fees)
3. 100% of the payment will be charged if cancellations are made 0 to 10 days prior to your stay. NO REFUND.
4. All payment will be charged if cancellations are made on the day of your stay or without prior notice.
